Nature of case:
The adjudicator was entitled to correct an accidental error or omission in his decision pursuant to an implied term in the contract, provided that the correction was made within a reasonable time. The correction made amounted to a proper exercise of the slip rule but in any event an erroneous exercise of such power would not fall outside the jurisdiction of the adjudicator.
