Rosemary Jackson QC Awarded Lawyer of the Year – Mediation in the 2021 Who’s Who Legal Awards

Each year Who’s Who Legal presents awards to the individuals and firms that have performed exceptionally well in the course of their research. Rosemary Jackson QC has been awarded ‘Lawyer of the Year – Mediation’ in the 2021 Who’s Who Legal Awards. This award comes as a result of WWL’s comprehensive and independent research, and is a testament to Rosemary’s outstanding reputation in the marketplace.

Rosemary has been in full-time practice as a Mediator and Conciliator since October 2014 following a successful 31 year practice at the Construction Bar, having joined Keating Chambers as the first female specialist building counsel at the English Bar. Rosemary’s approach is highly commercial and her background in construction litigation, combined with good preparation, enables her to identify the issues incisively. She has mediated and co-mediated disputes up to £2bn and between up to 10 parties. Many complex or multi-party mediations benefit from Rosemary’s ability to case-manage the dispute and participate in a structured mediation process over a number of months.
