SCL Hong Kong – NEC Contracts: Lessons Learnt and Best Practices for Successful Project Delivery
David Thomas KC will be speaking at this year’s One Day International Society of Construction Law Conference which is taking place in Hong Kong on Friday 10 November 2023.
The theme for this year’s conference is Collaborative Contracting: Fostering Trust and Efficiency in Construction Projects. The conference will look at what Hong Kong has learnt so far in running collaborative contracts, issues arising from such contracts and its dispute resolution mechanism.
David will talk on day one of the conference on the panel ‘NEC Contracts: Lessons Learnt and Best Practices for Successful Project Delivery’. David will be discussing the topic alongside an experienced panel of speakers.
