Lucy Garrett KC – GAR Masterclass with MASIN

Lucy Garrett KC will be speaking at the GAR Masterclass in association with MASIN. The topic of discussion will be the ‘Concept of Practical Completion in Engineering Projects’.

Lucy will be one of five panellists exploring the complexities of Practical Completion, offering insights into its definition, criteria and legal implications. Through the analysis of case studies and real-world scenarios, the panel will discuss strategies for achieving Practical Completion on time and within budget, as well as evaluating the impact of delays and preparing comprehensive expert reports for disputes.
