Inaugural SCL Quarterly Case Law Update

Alexander Nissen KC will speak at the Inaugural Quarterly Case Law Update taking place online on Monday 18 September 2023 at 5pm BST.
The talk aims to look at recent Construction Law cases handed down by TCC and the Court of Appeal and to discuss key legal developments updates. Jessica Neuberger, partner at Eversheds Sutherland, will chair the event.
Alexander was appointed Head of Chambers in 2020. His practice covers a wide variety of cases ranging from client/developer claims, he deals with both contractors’ and sub-contractors’ claims and defects disputes. Alexander is a Chartered Arbitrator and since 2015 he has been sitting in the TCC.
