Nature of case: This decision concerned the disclosure and inspection of documents in proceedings under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, which arose out of the council’s procurement process for the award of domestic care services contracts.The Court held that the fact that a document might contain confidential information is not, in itself, a reason for not providing such documents on disclosure and inspection.
