Sam Kennett

Sam joined Keating Chambers in September 2022, as Practice Manager for the Senior KC’s team supporting and working with James Luxmoore, Jade Clark, and Charlotte Hindmarsh.

Sam has been clerking for over 15 years, previously working at leading sets of chambers specialising in property, employment, personal injury and criminal & regulatory law.  Sam’s key roles include diary management, distribution and acceptance of work,  fee negotiation, listing arrangements and managing client relationships. Clients describe Sam as ‘approachable, sensible and very easy to deal with’ (Legal 500 2024) whilst also being ‘knowledgeable, organised and hard working’ and providing an ‘exceptional service’ and being a ‘pleasure to work with.’ (Legal 500 EMEA 2025).

Sam has also completed the Bar Council Public Access Training Course and has passed the BTEC in Clerking and Administration. Outside of Chambers, Sam enjoys spending time with his young family, going to the gym and socialising with friends.
