Marcus Taverner QC and Abdul Jinadu are pleased to be involved with this year’s London Adjudication and Arbitration Conference.
The full-day event takes place on Thursday 22 August and will will appeal to all those interested in domestic and international use of adjudication, dispute boards and arbitration, particularly in relation to construction and engineering disputes. Marcus will moderating a panel session on “Is international arbitration fit for purpose in the 21st century?” and Abdul will be speaking on dispute resolution clauses in the new FIDIC contracts.
