CIArb – Advancing Excellence: Global Perspectives on Construction Dispute Resolution

Fionnuala McCredie KC will be speaking at the ‘Advancing Excellence: Global Perspectives on Construction Dispute Resolution’ Two Day Conference hosted by The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-Cyprus on 21-22 May.

On the first day of the conference, Fionnuala will be speaking on two panel discussions: ‘ADR Techniques in Construction: Tailoring Solutions for Complex Disputes’ and ‘An Outbreak of Commonsense – Mediating Construction Disputes’. On day two, she will be running a ‘How to win at Mediation’ workshop.
