ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Jennie Wild Jennie's practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial disputes including energy, engineering, construction, engineering professional negligence and associated insurance disputes. She has experience of heavy, complex and high value claims in international arbitration and the TCC. In addition to led work, Jennie advises in her own right and regularly appears as a sole advocate in the High Court and County Courts. Jennie is also featured in a text of "40 under 40" arbitral practitioners from around the world. Legal 500 describes her as a "master tactician and someone you want on your team.” Emma Healiss Emma specialises in domestic and international construction, engineering, energy and procurement disputes. She is recognised as a rising star by Legal 500 in both construction and energy, and as an up and coming junior in procurement cases. Emma has substantial TCC advocacy experience and is regularly instructed as junior counsel in large-scale international arbitration disputes. She is currently acting as junior counsel to bereaved families, survivors and former residents in the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.
