Fionnuala McCredie KC will be speaking at the seminar and discussion on key aspects of the Procurement Bill hosted by the Procurement Lawyers’ Association (PLA). The event is taking place at Freshfields’ London office on Wednesday 18 October 2023 between 5pm and 6.15pm (BST). Fionnuala will present, together with an experienced panel of speakers the following topics:
- the new Act’s transparency obligations;
- the new Act’s ramifications on the court’s role in reviewing contracting authority decisions; and
- “Making MAT matter”; how will MAT bring in new policy areas and how will the implementation of the National Procurement Policy Statement make a difference to decisions (and who’s going to be enforcing all this).
Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.
