Our third virtual “Procurement Surgery” focused on the recent publication by the Cabinet Office of the Green Paper on Transforming Public Procurement. It was an interactive discussion on Monday 25 January at 5pm, chaired by David Gollancz. The panellists included Sarah Hannaford QC (who was a member of the Procurement Transformation Advisory Panel), Fionnuala McCredie QC, Charles Banner QC, Rachael O'Hagan, Simon Taylor, James Frampton and Ben Graff. We welcome audience questions during the session or submitted in advance.
