Middle East

"Keating Chambers is considered the leading set for construction disputes in the UAE and wider Gulf region." Legal 500 2023

Members of Keating Chambers have been acting in disputes in the Middle East and Gulf region for over 30 years, and are instructed in the largest, most complex, and highest value disputes, arising from airports, road and rail projects, power stations and factories, on- and off-shore oil and gas, dredging, and hotels and other commercial and residential properties.

Keating Chambers has been described as the “go-to chambers for complex Middle Eastern matters” and members have experience of disputes arising from projects in the Arab countries (particularly the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar), Turkey, Iran and Central Asia. Usually, these disputes are subject to the laws of the country where the project took place.
