Understanding the FIDIC Red and Yellow Books

We are delighted to announce that the well-known commentary on the FIDIC Red Book, produced by Simon Hughes QC with Jeremy Glover is now out in a 3rd edition, and is a detailed commentary on the 2017 Amendments for both Red Book and Yellow Book, with a preface kindly provided by Sir Vivian Ramsey. Simon has a substantial construction & energy practice, and is well-known for his conduct of large international arbitrations involving all manner of FIDIC forms. New to this edition:
