Nature of case: The Court considered whether enforcement of an adjudicator’s decision should be refused on the basis that there was no dispute in being at the date of the notice of adjudication; that it was impossible for the adjudication to be conducted fairly and impartially; that it was impossible to resolve the dispute fairly by adjudication; and that the adjudicator had made an accidental slip which the Court ought to correct or invite the adjudicator to correct.
