The Claimant adjudicator sought his fees and expenses associated with an adjudication between the Defendant and the Part 20 Defendant. The Claimant made a successful application for summary judgment in which Akenhead J held that the Defendant had no defence to the Claimant's claim. The Claimant had acted within his jurisdiction and without breaching the rules of natural justice and was thus entitled to his fees and expenses.
