Nature of case: In the Commercial Court on whether costs incurred as a result of a change to a proposed construction methodology following the collapse of a crane was covered by a joint names construction all risk insurance policy which provided cover for costs necessarily and reasonably incurred to prevent or minimise interference with construction works.
