Adjudication in Hong Kong and Introduction to CIArb (EAB) Adjudication Training Course
Philip Boulding QC is pleased to be part of a panel discussing the current state of adjudication in Hong Kong at this launch event to CIArb's adjudication training course. The panel of experts will contextualise the use of adjudication in resolving disputes, the role of an adjudicator and provide views on the proposed Security of Payment Legislation.
