On Monday 24 February Charles Banner KC will be speaking at the OECD-OCDE conference in Paris. This conference will focus on "Accelerating Infrastructure and Improving Cost Control during Infrastructure Permitting".
Charlie will be speaking on "Streamlining legal processes for infrastructure consenting - striking a balance between efficiency and access to justice". This session will look at what internationally exportable lessons there are from his recent Independent Review of Legal Challenges to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
