On Thursday 21 November Peter Brogden, Philip Young (Former Cooke, Young & Keidan LLP founding partner) will be hosting the practical event 'Harnessing technology to improve your practice' chaired by Tom McLaughlin, BDBF LLP, demonstrating how lawyers can tame technology to make it work for them. This event will be held in-person at Keating Chambers from 5:30pm for a 6pm start, followed by drinks and networking.
In his day-to-day practice, barrister Peter Brogden draws on his previous experience as a software engineer to leverage the benefits of technology. In this instructional session Peter will teach attendees some of the techniques he uses to make his working life more efficient. Bring a laptop if you can so you can follow along with Peter.
We will also hear from former CYK partner Philip Young on the legal AI product he is developing, including insights from his discussions with regulators and the judiciary on the introduction of AI into the legal system.
