On Thursday 10 April Abdul Jinadu will be a guest speaker on Fieldfisher’s roundtable discussion ‘Investing in Africa: Risks and Opportunities’ at Paris Arbitration Week 2025.
The event will be an open discussion led by Discussion Leaders covering topics including among others, resource nationalism in mining projects, the concept of good faith in construction projects, and how corruption allegations are being raised in Africa related disputes.
