On Tuesday 2 July from 10am – 11:30am, Simon Hughes KC will join the “Middle East and Africa: The Role Experts Play Throughout the Dispute Resolution Process Webinar”, hosted by RICS.
Simon will join a panel of technical experts to discuss the use of expert witnesses during an arbitration, highlighting the importance of choosing an expert who is not only technically qualified, but also has international experience, sound knowledge of the arbitral procedure and expert best practice.
