Sarah Hannaford KC will be speaking at the White Paper Conferences event in Belfast on 16 October. The focus of the conference will be ‘Awarding Public Contracts Skilfully and Lawfully within the Northern Irish Procurement Rules’.
Sarah will answer the question: ‘How do you use new powers to curtail bidders who have scored well on tender submissions but performed poorly on other contracts, without making this known?’.
