On Monday 28 April the Ukraine Law Day event hosted by The Bar Council of England and Wales will be taking place at Middle Temple.
We are proud to be sponsors of this event with Alexander Nissen KC speaking on ‘The role of English and Ukrainian law in Ukraine’s reconstruction’. This session will discuss: the use of English law and/or dispute resolution clauses in investment and construction contracts for the rebuilding of Ukraine, the interplay between English and Ukrainian law in any contracts for Ukraine’s reconstruction, the future of Ukraine’s capital markets and corporate governance in Ukraine.
