Paul Buckingham KC will be speaking at the Vinson & Elkins Middle East Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Conference in Dubai on 17 October 2024. The topic of this year’s conference is “Keeping the Faith? An Examination of the Role of Good Faith in International Construction Projects”.
Paul will join a panel, including Sean Brannigan KC (4 Pump Court), Douglas James (4 New Square Chambers) and Chaired by Nabeel Ikram (Vinson & Elkins), to discuss when relationships fall apart and conduct is openly adversarial at the dispute stage of a project.
