Following the principles set out in the latest Government Guidance, we are minimising the number of staff and barristers working in our building from Monday 13 December 2021. Our building will remain open (with the exception of the period between midday 24 December 2021 and 8am 4 January 2022) but please note the following guidance:
Visitor Protocol
We are carefully managing the number of visitors to Chambers to minimise risk to those in the building. Therefore please ensure that a barrister, clerk or member of the management team is notified in advance of your arrival. Where possible, we ask that all clients consider whether their conferences can be held virtually. We also ask that all guests take a lateral flow test on the day or the day before their visit to Chambers, that they submit to a temperature check on entry, and that they wear a mask when in communal areas of the building (including reception and lifts).
Sending Papers
As barristers and staff continue to work both from the Chambers building and home, please contact us on clerks@keatingchambers.com, before sending any papers or other paperwork to Chambers.

Contacting Barristers
Direct contact details for the barristers you know will likely already be available to you. However, all barristers are happy to provide mobile numbers or other contact details whilst working from home. Clerks and barristers are very happy to arrange meetings over Teams, Zoom, Skype, WebEx or similar media whenever required, and at short notice. Our IT team will be available to ensure that arrangements operate smoothly.
New Arrangements until Further Notice
These new arrangements will continue until further notice. The current situation is fluid and we will update our policy in response to any changes in government guidance.
