Her recent UK experience includes advising on/acting in: a large final account dispute in the TCC; a significant rail franchise procurement dispute; a construction defects case in the TCC, concerning complex warranties issues; advising a large insurer on coverage issues arising from construction defects; and representing a corporate Core Participant in the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. Rachael has commented that she is delighted and very excited to be joining Keating Chambers.
Marcus Taverner QC, Head of Keating Chambers, says “We are delighted to welcome Rachael to Keating. She is highly thought of throughout the industry. Her reputation goes before her. She will be a valued asset to Chambers.”
