Chin Leng Lim will be chairing a discussion at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) inaugural "Russia - Hong Kong Business and Legal Summit" on 11 May 2017. Chin's session will explore the opportunities brought about by the Belt & Road initiative and what it means for businesses looking to co-operate across sectors with a focus on Russia and Hong Kong.
He will be joined by Nicholas Kwan, Director of Research at Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hannah Cao, Deputy General Counsel at Silk Road Fund Co. Ltd. Other sessions include: the role of the government in economic development; operating business through economic and political uncertainties; Russia-China dialogue on infrastructure and energy; inside views from legal advisors and bankers; and effective strategies for mitigating risks.
