Members of Keating Chambers are highly skilled at acting in court proceedings, with a reputation for excellence in trial preparation as well as advocacy across all types of disputes in court and at inquiries. As a result of lengthy training and accumulated experience, our members are skilled at marshalling evidence, examining and cross-examining witnesses and technical experts, and preparing written and oral submissions. Senior barristers are also adept at managing substantial multi-party cases and leading large teams of junior barristers, solicitors and experts.
Our members frequently appear in the various divisions of the High Court, most commonly in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) and Commercial Court, as well as regularly appearing in the Court of Appeal, the Privy Council and the Supreme Court. In addition, junior barristers often represent clients in the small claims court or in fast-track county court trials. Members have also appeared in Courts overseas.

Members of Keating Chambers are renowned thought leaders and often contribute to the development of technical knowledge through publishing authoritative texts, delivering webinars and lectures, and taking part in high-profile legal conferences worldwide.
In 2023 Keating Chambers launched a podcast mini-series to celebrate 150 years of the Technology & Construction Court, releasing five episodes discussing some of the key cases in which the TCC has influenced the development of the law. Members edit the Construction Law Reports and have also authored several authoritative texts, including ‘Litigation in the Technology and Construction Court’, published in September 2018.
Our members are heavily involved in the leading organisations in the industry, and notably are members of the Technology and Construction Bar Association (“TECBAR”).
