Mediators
Mediators at Keating Chambers mediate a wide range of domestic and international disputes. As well as construction and professional negligence disputes (including complex, high value, multi-party disputes), they mediate all types of commercial disputes as well as disputes involving wider practice areas, such as property, insolvency, insurance, competition law and share agreements. They also have substantial experience in the co-mediation of large multi-party disputes where they can combine their collective experience and offer a specific service to parties. This has proved to be very effective and popular in circumstances where traditional mediation may seem impossible, impractical or expensive due to the amount of time needed to efficiently case-manage the dispute.
Mediators at Keating Chambers are highly regarded for their ability to analyse complicated legal and technical issues and absorb the information quickly, and for their personal skills in dealing with difficult situations, as their recommendations in the directories demonstrate. This includes experienced full-time mediators, Rosemary Jackson KC, Fionnuala McCredie KC, and Robert Evans.
Mediators are available for direct appointment through Chambers by contacting our ADR Practice Management Team. They will be pleased to assist with any mediation enquiry and provide details of the accreditation and experience, which can also be found on individual mediator’s CVs, as well as providing seamless administration of your dispute. Direct appointments allow us to offer mediation rooms on a complimentary basis (subject to availability).
Mediators at Keating Chambers strive to provide the best possible service at all times, and we are always looking to improve this. If you wish to provide feedback on our service, please use our feedback form or consult our Mediation Complaints Procedure.

Fixed Fee Mediation Packages
In recognition that certain disputes can be difficult to litigate cost effectively, we offer a number of Fixed Fee Mediation Packages, for disputes where the combined value of the claim and counter claim are up to a value of £600,000. Under each of the four packages, a mediator (who is not a KC) can offer the parties speedy and cost-effective assistance with resolving their dispute.
Mediation rooms in Chambers are also available on a complimentary basis under these packages.
Keating Chambers has a dedicated team of ADR clerks to provide the necessary separation when we have both counsel and arbitrator engaged in the same dispute. Please email adrclerks@keatingchambers.com to find out more.
